	Visitors to Seattle
	One of the things that kept Jack busy as "Mr. Seattle," was serving as Chairman and coordinating the visits of many important and well-known visitors to Seattle. In addition to visits by Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo astronauts and many U.S. Presidents, he welcomed many more including those shown below.

	1982 Saw Jack serving as chairman of the Royal Visit by HRH Elizabeth II of Great Britain and her husband Prince Charles. Unfortunately thios shot is a bit blurry, but here is Jack holding an umbrella over Governor John Spellman's Head, while the Queen apparently holds her own umbrella.
